Make a Resilience Plan

If you're struggling consider making a resilience plan...

By writing down:

•        Things that have a positive effect on your wellbeing

•        Things that have a negative effect on your wellbeing

Then create a plan for how you might be able to change this, by writing down:

•        Things you could try to improve your situation

•        Who you might ask for help

Remember: If you fail at something or suffer a difficult setback use it as a learning experience. Adapt to your new set of circumstances and don’t allow it to paralyze you.
