The sessions will be delivered by your Union and #HealthyDMU.  

After a crazy #FreshFest18 we know at De Montfort Students' Union it is important to make sure to relax, unwind and take care of yourself this October! Which is why we are creating a space for students to relax and re-energise!

There will be sessions focusing on well-being and how to de-stress in order to help you look after your physical and mental health. The sessions will also be conducted by a variety of well-being professionals to make sure you get the best possible advice and are in the best possible hands!

This session will be delivered in collaboration with Nagarjuna Kadampa Meditation Centre and will focus on Positive Thinking and Guided Meditation.
