Due to limited capacities, we try to ensure priority is given to Students of De Montfort University to attend events taking place throughout Freshers Week. We appreciate that coming to university can be daunting and you may feel more comfortable with someone you know coming along therefore we do allow a +1 guest to events where individual tickets are available. Your guest will need valid ID as well as an Advance Ticket to attend events with you. Your guest will need to be signed in with Security prior to entry and they will be your responsibility throughout the event.
All events where Alcohol is available will require a valid form of Photo ID. You must bring either a Passport, Drivers License or ID Card that has the Pass Hologram located on it. Photocopies or Pictures will not be accepted.
You can contact us via e-mail at email@example.com and we can process your refund. The request for a refund must be made before Friday 10th September 2021.
If the government roadmap is pushed back or re-imposed meaning that events can’t go ahead then please rest assured that full refunds will be given to everyone who has purchased an official wristband from the DSU website.
