Hey Everyone!
My name is Jas, I have moved from Italy four years ago. English was another language I learnt in addition with the other 3 I already knew. With only 5 month to prepare for my GCSE’s I was able to pass my exams, although the initial struggle that I had to face, has allowed me to enrol in college for a level 3 Uniformed Public Services course.
I have also started volunteering for St John’s Ambulance last year, as a youth leader. This has permitted me to improve my communication skills by referring issues and feedbacks given by the youth team. Another responsibility within this role, was to make sure every member of the team was being heard and supported.
By taking all these skills and abilities took from previous encounters, I am nominating myself as a Criminology with Psychology representative for you!
I will make sure to provide my support and care so you do not come across any matter impacting your studies negatively, referring your concerns and feedbacks to our teaching staff.
