Our purpose is to teach students stress management techniques and attitudes for personal and professional success through the contemporary and scientific use of yoga, meditation, personal awareness seminars, wellness seminars and life enhancing projects.
Our commitment:
Share an effective daily stress management routine that students can implement
Provide on-going self-development through programs/classes taught by trained SKY Campus instructors. This includes programs in the areas of self-awareness, communication skills, goals implementation, and human values.
Weekly follow-up sessions
Provide a safe place for students to dialogue, express concerns, find camaraderie and a sense of belonging.
Provide community service projects on and off campus to develop human values and leadership skills.
