This year, De Montfort Students’ Union (DSU) want to help more students at De Montfort University (DMU) than ever before.
Your Deputy President Education, Augustus Mbanasor, and Vice President Welfare and Community, Keira Rounsley, are on a mission to find out what really matters to you, and what could be done to give you more support during your time at DMU.
Augustus said: “The Big Support Survey is all about understanding the issues that students may face at DMU and getting as much information as possible to help steer our campaigns this year and into the future.
“Understanding this information will really help us to go in to conversations in lobbying the university.”
Keira said: “This is all about gathering students’ thoughts and information to make positive change. It is about finding out about the issues or barriers students face when accessing support services and issues around general wellbeing.
“Without that information it is hard to make a case about something.
“This will help us as a union get to know our members that little bit better and know exactly what they want. It only takes five minutes which could really transform not just your student experience but that of many others too.”
The short survey is made up of 25 questions and will only take you five minutes to complete – and it could change your time at DMU!
