Student Adviser - 30 hours per week

The role will involve dealing with individual casework relating to a range of welfare issues that impact our student members including but not limited to academic advice, housing, wellbeing and signposting to other services.

We embrace the future of work with our hybrid working model, offering you the flexibility to thrive in your role. You'll have the opportunity to work from home up to a maximum of 2 days a week depending on the need of the business with the remainder of the week being in our office spaces in the centre of Leicester. However please bear in mind that during your probation and training, we may request more office presence to ensure you feel fully supported and equipped for success. If you are successful the first 2 weeks of employment you will be required to work from our office every day.
