Inclusive leadership training:

• For those who wish to develop their skills in interfaith/intercultural engagement.

• Participants will increase their knowledge of Leicester’s diverse faith communities and grow in confidence in interfaith engagement

• Students will have the opportunity to develop their personal capacity to explain their own faith to those of other faiths and no faith as well as beginning to consider ways of working together

• Insight into unconscious bias and how this has an impact on the decision we make.
