Hello, my name is Naffie Ngum and I’m currently one of the course representatives for first-year psychology students. I came from Sweden to study at De Monfort University. While studying in Sweden I was on the student council for all my three years of high school, and that gave me an understanding of how to communicate with students and school officials. This also helped me with my communication skills as well as my problem-solving skills. During my time as a course representative, I have learned how to communicate with students and how to help them solve any issues that they have. I have also learned which school officials to go to for certain problems and hopefully, people have seen my efforts and will vote for me to be a course representative once again.
