Hi.
My name is Carmen Swannell and I’m hoping that I can have the privilege to fill the role of you Media Production Course Rep for a third year. Being a student can be a challenge, and I intend to help provide an easier way to raise any concerns and compliments and ensure that both students and teachers are working towards the same goal of achieving the best experience they can. This would be a challenging role, and one I intend to take on head-on to.
To help provide a bridge of communication between you & your tutors. I want to be the foundation that unites everyone together during a time of difficulty; obstacles aren’t a rarity or insignificant. To do this I intend to;
- To provide a bridge between Tutors and Students to accurately represent both sides voice. I want to be able to express what you, as a student, value in your academic life.
- To shed led on the obstacles that have arisen with online tutoring for both students and teachers, and work together as a team to address and find a solution that is beneficial to all.
Student feedback should be voiced freely without concern or fear of reprimand. I intend to bring light to issues that you may not otherwise feel like you have a voice for. I want to hold both students and Teachers accountable for their role in learning and face each topic without hesitance to ensure that any and all issues are tackled.
