I am a mature student. People describe me as supportive, hardworking and friendly. Last year, my role as a peer mentor helped to prove I am an active listener and an excellent communicator.
The current pandemic has brought about a change in the way the courses are being taught, making the role of a course representative more so important. I will put in the time and efforts needed to become an effective course representative. I will ensure all views, concerns and opinions of the students are communicated to the staff to bring about a positive change and to resolve any course-related issues.
