Hello, my name is Will. In the past I have worked to support people find a voice and influence matters that both affect them or the organisations they work in. After taking a break from that and re-engaging in academic practice it is now I have decided to put the work I have undertaken in the past to good use. I have therefore decided to nominate myself to be a course rep to be able to put forward issues you may have with the course to the people that can make and work to effect change. I cannot say I will change the world, but I will make damn sure to make life on the course that little bit easier where possible and advocate to ensure the best for all students on the course. It is often said that change cannot happen if those who can make the changes do not know it is needed. So, let me be the one to work with them to make sure where required change happens.
