Hello!
My name is Kate (pronouns she/her) and I'd love to be our course representive for the upcoming year. I really care about empowering students and getting voices heard. Throughout my time during my undergraduate degree, I was a course representive throughout all three years and worked hard to make valuable, productive change which resulted in winning Course Rep of the Year in 2017 at the DSU Awards.
I promise to listen to your concerns, worries, problems and feedback and work together to find solutions that work for you, as no student experience is the same (especially in such an unpredictable time!). I pride myself on my communication skills to ensure everyone feels respected and represented.
I like to feel I'm a very confident, approachable person and so hopefully you'll put your trust in me to represent you on our course, and make your year of learning as smooth as possible.
