As your current second year representative and your previous first year representative, I believe I have a solid understand of the role of a course rep. During my time I have gone out of my way in attempt to enhance others' experience. For example, during the university strikes when a formative meeting with a client was cancelled, I made sure to rearrange this important meeting outside of the university to ensure students still had the opportunity to speak with the client.
