Hello everyone!
I am running to be a course rep as I was one of the course reps put forward for 1st year but due to the way the term ended, was unable to get heavily involved. I believe I would be a good fit as I am really interested in the inner workings of the Student Union and think I can stand up for things that we want; I am very outspoken and passionate and so if there's an idea or change you want to be made, I am more than happy to fight for it. Outside of the course, I am on DMU's women's rugby team. Within the team, we have a committee and I have recently nominated myself for a role there too. This shows I am committed to the things I care about and love getting involved with extra aspects of the University. The role within rugby would give me a close link to the Student's Union which would also be beneficial for this role too. This year I have enjoyed working with Estelle and Cat R in regards to the course rep role and would love to continue this next academic year too.
