I believe in a fair and equal society, where everyone gets their say in the matters that concern them. I want to make sure all students are listened to no matter who they are or where they come from, or what course or Faculty they’re from.

I want students to feel included and involved in the running of their Students' Union. I want students to feel like I, as the next potential Union Development Executive, can represent them and their voices fairly and make important changes to do with the running of the Students' Union if needed on their behalf. I want to hold sessions where students can come and ask about the running of DSU, and make it clear and transparent for everyone to understand. This would include working with University on their rules and regulations in regards to students, and working with DSU on theirs, and inviting them to the sessions with students so they feel listened to and valued.

I want to work closely with the Liberation Representatives to make sure all members of our Students' Union and University feel represented in the actions we make. This will include regularly meeting with them to make sure they’re sticking to what they’ve set out to do and hold them accountable on the promises they’ve made and invite students along to these groups so they feel represented and listened to.

I feel like I can be a fair, understanding and patient voice for students and I can concisely put values and ideas across to the right people, making sure all of our 27,000 students, regardless of sexual orientation, gender, identity, race and background feel included, represented, valued, and listened to.
