My name is Meera Dasani and I am currently in my second year studying Business and Management.
I want to run in this election for the Welfare Executive. I would like to become the Welfare Executive because I would like to develop, implement and ensure the welfare strategy within the Union is well maintained and follows the best practice. I would also ensure to carry out all the reasonable duties required of me by the Board of Trustees and members which would be affected by my decisions. I would ensure to represent the student voice to the best of my ability and ensure that anything that is happening is not affecting anyone in the wrong way. I would act as the students' representative in the committee to ensure the students voices are heard.
