Keep on top of your finances

 

To be a successful sports club or society, it is important you manage your funds carefully. Below you can find tools to help manage your finances, as well as information on how your group can seek to gain additional funds. 

You may want to use this Budget Planner Template to keep track of your student group finances, throughout the year, so you know how much you have for each event or activity and ultimately make use of the money you have - and to not end up overspending!

Every student group has a unique self-funding account within the students' union. All your student group funds must be kept in your self-funding account.

If you want to know how much is in your self-funding account please email activities@dmu.ac.uk or pop into the Activities Office in the Campus Centre. 

You can find our Online Finance System on your student group pages, under the finances tab. You will need to be logged in to access this!
