Activity Plan

This form is for the use of elected Student Group committee members.

When should I use this form?

Use this form to book in all of the events and activities your Student Group will be holding, for both on and off-campus events. You should also use this form for both in-person and online events.

NOTICE PERIOD

To make sure you have enough time to plan and advertise your activity, it is best practice to submit 3-4 weeks in advance. The more notice you can give, the better.

The absolute latest that we can accept Activity Plan submissions is usually 2 weeks in advance (outside of peak times in Sep/Oct), due to the time it takes to check, coordinate, and book space where applicable.


PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU SUBMITTED ANY REQUESTS BEFORE 04/10/23, YOU WILL NEED TO RE-SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST ON THE FORM BELOW.

We apologise any inconveniences caused by technical difficulties with our form platform. Resubmitting your form will not impact on the timing, as room bookings have only opened this week and the turnaround time will be the same.
