Hi I'm Rory, I'm friendly and approachable but know what it means to have responsibility. For example, I managed the budget for a month-long expedition in India. I worked two years as a lifeguard, something which carries extreme responsibility. During my current first year as a course rep I feel like I have not had that much to do. Next year I want that to change. My intentions as a rep next year is to help students feel better informed about things like deadlines and submission specifics as I know this year there has been confusion and misunderstanding between staff and students. I aim to do this by keeping close contact with staff and giving everyone regular reminders. I want to be the voice of my course members so if you have any questions, I can be someone you can come to to pass on the message to staff.
