Our Events and Communication Coordinator will work under supervision of the Marketing and Communications Manager to support the DSU’s Marketing and Communications Team and Commercial Team. The role will involve event planning, and coordination as well as content creation for relevant communications. Working to increase student engagement, this role is pivotal to ensuring students at De Montfort University are aware of what DSU is, the services on offer and current campaigns.
You will be educated to degree level with a related professional qualification. You will have a proven track record within events, online communications and delivering measurable outcomes. A ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm to work in a University / student environment are paramount.
Hours - Full time 37 hours per week
Salary - £19,730 per annum
