De Montfort Students Union are pleased to be working in partnership with Life Links!
Every Thursday from 14:00-15:00 we will be offering a student peer support group facilitated by two Life Links trained Recovery Workers.
The group will be a safe, accepting and non-judgmental environment for students to come and talk about their mental health experiences. Additionally, the group will be a place for students to learn self-help tools and coping strategies in order to manage their mental health independently.
This is a free event, you can attend as and when you wish and any DMU student is welcome!
