Singing sensation Sam Bailey will be taking centre stage as the star of this year’s pantomime. The 2013 X Factor winner will star as Queen of the Flower Fairies, where she will be joined by funnyman Jon Clegg (Britain's Got Talent impressionist) as Simple Simon and Leicester's favourite dame Martin Ballard (BBC Radio Leicester) as Dame Trot.
De Montfort Students' Union President, Dan Winney, has organised the trip. "Panto is a traditional part of the festive season, oh yes it is; and is fun for all the family. So DSU have set up a trip for students, staff and guests to enjoy for only £5!"
